The choice is yours: Quantum Dynamics can work with you on a project basis or as ongoing consultants.

The Project Basis

We help you achieve a specific result through a solution specifically tailored to help you, for instance to:

  • Build a championship team
  • Revitalise and refocus an existing one
  • Create an effective, goal-oriented sales and marketing plan
  • Conduct a penetrating and insightful customer relationship survey
  • Recruit a manager able to take over from you

We will complete your project for an agreed, fixed fee. We are more than happy to work with you one assignment at a time.

Ongoing Consulting

This method lends itself especially well to working with you and your whole team in a holistic way to take your business to the next level.

Depending on requirements, the period could be between one and three years. Regardless of the time span, we would set up a timeline indicating deadlines for specific outcomes to be achieved.

In working with your business, we use a method called 'Balance Score Card'.

Your Accountant's Role

With your agreement, we prefer to work closely with your accountant. The advantage of keeping your accountant in the loop is to benefit from their intimate knowledge of your business.

At the same time, an accountant can bring a clinical, unemotional point of view often vastly different to the business owner.

In addition to that, we are not accountants ourselves, our skills lying in other areas. At the same time, by working closely with your accountant we can ensure our own work ties in with the financial realities of your situation.
