The Balance Scorecard

The Balance Scorecard method was developed to overcome the inherent limitations within conventional business plans.

These were predominantly instigated by financial institutions and accountants whose perspective is inevitably skewed towards dollars and cents.

They focus almost entirely on past financial performance, paying little if any attention to other key areas relevant to your business success.

The Quantum Dynamics approach to applying the Balance Scorecard is based on the work of Kaplan & Newton (1992). The concept is designed to focus on and monitor your business from four different perspectives:

  • Your client base
  • Finance
  • Internal processes
  • Learning and growth

In the centre of these four perspectives is you. You — as the head of your business, taking in your wants, expectations and desired outcomes.

HBDI Whole Brain Technology

Whole Brain Technology embodies the art and science of understanding how people think. At its core is the worldwide standard for measuring thinking preferences and brain dominance.
